The promotion is limited to one entry per person, per email address and mobile number per day. Maximum of 4 entries in total across the promotional period with 1 winning moments prize per person. Unique codes may only be used once. Receipts may only be used once.

To enter the promotion, you must purchase a qualifying bottle of Cotswolds Dry Gin featuring the promotional neck collar (see clause 6 for qualifying product) from Waitrose or Ocado, scan the QR code on neck collar or visit visit winwithcotswoldsgin.co.uk. Select which retailer you purchased your bottle from.
- If you purchased from Waitrose, enter your details, including full name, email address and mobile number and the unique code from inside your neck collar to find out instantly on screen if you are a winner of a winning moments prize.

There are 103 winning moment prizes to be won during the promotional period and the total pack universe is 8,000. The 3 weekend trips to the Cotswolds will be seeded equally with one to be won every 4 weeks during the promotion period and the 100 distillery tours will be seeded randomly across the entire promotional period. The first entrant to enter their details and make a valid entry on or after the occurrence of a Winning Moment will be awarded a prize. Prizes are distributed in the order determined by the Winning Moments. If no one makes a valid entry on or after a Winning Moment and another Winning Moment passes before the next valid entry, the prize from the first Winning Moment will be won first by the next valid entry, and the Winning Moments Prizes will continue to be won in order until all Winning Moments Prizes have been awarded. E.g. If a Winning Moment is set for 23:59 one day, an entry submitted on 00.01 the next day will capture that Winning Moment and will be allocated the prize for that Winning Moment. If there are no entries received within a given period between two or more Winning Moments, the first unallocated prize will be rolled forward and awarded to the next available entrant. Winners will find out on screen if they have won a prize.

Entrants will be notified immediately on screen if they have won a prize. Winners will also receive an SMS within 14 days confirming their win and which prize they have won, along with a link to claim their prize. Winners will be required to complete the claim form with their personal details in order to claim their prize. Winners that do not complete the claim form within 14 days of sending will forfeit their prize.

It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they have accurately provided a valid mobile number to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 14 days of it being sent.

Winners of a Weekend Trip to the Cotswolds will be contacted by the prize fulfilment team by phone to the mobile number provided on their claim form within 5 days of receipt of a valid claim.

Winners of a Distillery Tour will receive a voucher code via email to the email address provided on their claim form within 5 days of receipt of a valid claim. The email will contain further instructions on how to redeem and book your preferred tour date via the Cotswolds Distillery website.

The Weekend Trip Prizes will be arranged by email or phone between the prize fulfilment agency and the Winners. The prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the Winners with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. Once the Prize details including dates and travel are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by a Winner.

The trip must be taken by May 2027.

Winners will be required to provide the name and details of their guest (18+) during the Winner Notification process.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.

The Winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the trip or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.

If a Prize is cancelled or rejected by the Winner, no alternative Prize will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.

All elements of the Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.

Guests must be over the age of 18 at the time of organising the Prize.

The Winners must inform the Promoter of any dietary requirements or allergens for themselves and their guest by 2 weeks prior to taking their trip.

The Prize will be forfeited if a Winner or their guest has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Prize.

Specified accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking and will be confirmed during winner communications. Alternatives may be offered depending on availability.

The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how a Prize is organised and at all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.

Return transfers from the Winner's home to the hotel are not included.

Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests in connection with the use of any Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if a winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue.

All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating phone numbers or IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Prizes allocated to winners who are subsequently disqualified may not be reallocated.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for an equivalent or greater value should the original prize offered become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.

Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.

The prize winners’ surnames are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to Cotswolds Dry Gin Promotion 2026 (8723), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they are a winner their surname may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.

The Promoter will collect and process certain personal information from entrants which, by taking part in the promotion, the entrants’ consent to. The Promoter will only use the personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and, if your consent is obtained, to send you emails containing news and offers from Cotswolds Distillery and for no other purpose, unless the Promoter obtains your consent. However, personal data supplied during the course of the promotion may be passed on to third party supplier only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the promotion. This Promotion is governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
